Sage College DEI — Meet Our Authors

SAGE College Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Student-first Publishing

Sage College’s authors represent first-in-class instructors and scholars who actively teach and proactively respond to changes in curricula and pedagogy. Working within a digital-first environment—as opposed to the traditional print model—challenges authors to acquire new skills and work in different ways with editors and coauthors. The editorial work is more collaborative and demands flexibility. Authors and editors need to let instructional design more forcefully guide the way they create and develop content to facilitate better learning for students. Get to know a few Sage College authors as they explain where they find inspiration and motivation, how they amplify diverse voices as they write, and the best feedback they’ve received from peers and students.
