A very useful reference book for masters and doctoral students. I will be recommending it to all students I teach on research methods courses and to my doctoral students. We do not have essential texts and cannot insist students buy texts but I will recommend it.

This is a fantastic clearly written book which provides clarity both for undergraduates but also postgraduate students. It is also an excellent resource for lecturers to balance and check teaching and learning with.
This is a very accessible book which I will be using for my undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as those I supervise for dissertations. It will assist them in understanding the research methods used in literature they engage with as well as designing their own projects.
This book contains a range of brief excerpts of relevant social science reseacrh methods and hence I have included this as a background reading for my unit.

Everything you need to know about research methodology. My only gripe is that some of the definitions are complex and difficult to understand.
