The supplemental sections such as case studies, key terms, and surveys are excellent resources. The videos & some organization references are a bit outdated. Unfortunately the theories outlined no longer line up with the Department's objectives for the course. An alternate SAGE text has been adopted.
Lots of useful theory and insight that would be of benefit to future leaders.
