A very thorough and detailed book covering online surveys. This is not a book for anyone new to research and it assumes a level of pre-existing knowledge and also familiarity with research terminology.
There are some nice examples and the text is broken up to some degree by images and diagrams which helps. In some parts it is a little busy and perhaps tries to do too much.
